Manfred F.R. Kets de Vries is a Dutch organizational psychologist, management expert, and author. He is a Distinguished Professor of Leadership Development and Organizational Change at INSEAD, one of the world’s leading graduate business schools. He is also the founder and director of INSEAD’s Global Leadership Center. Kets de Vries is a well-known expert on leadership development and organizational change and has written more than 30 books and numerous articles on these topics. He has a particular interest in the psychological aspects of leadership and has written extensively on the subject of the “psychodynamics of organizations”. He has also worked as a consultant to numerous organizations around the world, helping them to develop effective leadership strategies and implement organizational change. Kets de Vries is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, and an Honorary Fellow of the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology. He is also a frequent speaker at conferences and events worldwide on the topics of leadership development and organizational change.
